As part of the prevention of marine pollution,
the discharge of
waste oil is prohibited in
principle by the “Act on the Prevention
of
Marine Pollution, etc. and Prevention of
Maritime
Disasters”. We have received
permission from the Ministry of
Land,
Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to
recover
unwanted oil from ships, and we
accept unwanted oil from
ships.We have a
waste oil receiving tank capable of storing up
to 7,600 ㎥ on a site of 10,000 ㎡ facing the
Seto Inland Sea,
and smoothly extract waste
oil discharged from various
domestic and
foreign ships calling at the port.

Vessels responsible for distribution such as
tankers and cargo
ships. After the cargo is
transported, it is necessary to dispose
of the
remaining oil in the tank and wash off any dirt
that has
adhered to it. We provide tank
cleaning services for ships such
as crude oil
tankers. High-pressure washing is performed
using hot water that heats seawater to about
70 to 90°C. In
addition, the water mixed with oil is separated from oil and
water, and
thorough chemical treatment and filtration
are
carried out until it can be discharged into
the sea. We strive to
prevent marine pollution.

waste oil. We
produce high-quality
recycled oils.
We manufacture recycled oil that can be used
as fuel from
waste oil discharged from ships.
Utilizing technologies such
as centrifugal
separation, oil-water separation, and
pressurized
flotation separation, we pursue
higher quality reclaimed oil.
The resulting
recycled oil is effectively used as an
alternative
fuel in our own factories and at
our customers. Based on the

In January 1997, a breakage accident
occurred on the
Russian-flagged Nakhodka,
which was sailing in the Sea of
Japan, and
part of the heavy oil it was carrying flowed
out to
the coast of the Sea of Japan. We
received a dispatch request
from the
Maritime Disaster Prevention Center and
cooperated
in the oil spill prevention work.
About half of the 40,000 tons of
collected
waste was received and processed. For this
achievement, we received a letter of
appreciation from the
Minister of Transport,
which served as an opportunity to
widely
spread the technological capabilities of
TSUNEISHI
KAMTECS.
